Refund policy

General Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@readerly.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable & Personalised items
Whilst we cannot accept returns for 'Personalised' bookmarks that have already been handmade, if you are unhappy with your bookmark please do get in touch at hello@readerly.co.uk and we'll do our best to help. We do accept returns of 'non-personalised' bookmarks and gifts.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Delivery & Refunds:

£0.99 or FREE on all orders over £20.

Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail or Evri.

If you don't receive your order within 5 working days, please get in touch with us at hello@readerly.co.uk and we can reach out to the courier to track down your parcel.

If requesting a refund, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
